Employee Benefits

The following benefits are offered to all full time employees.

Paid Vacation - Earned on a pay period to pay period basis. Over 12 days of vacation earned per year.

Paid Sick Days - Earned on a pay period to pay period basis. Over 12 days of sick leave earned per year.

Paid Holidays - 11.5 days a year.

Paid Voting Leave - 4 hours each election you vote. Presidential Election. 7.5 hours

Paid Jury Duty - No limit

Paid Military Leave - 10 days per year.

Health Insurance - Pays fixed amount, employee pays additional premiums. Spouse and children coverage offered. Coverage effective first of second month.

Life Insurance - $20,000 term plan paid. Other plans offered for self, spouse and children. Coverage effective first of second month.

Dental Insurance - Delta Dental plan available at group rates for employee and family members. Coverage effective first of second month.

Kentucky Retirement - Employee contribution 6% - Employer contribution 16.98%

Deferred Comp. - Paid by employee through payroll deduction.

Commonwealth Credit Union - Membership offered. Payroll deductible.

Travel Expense - Reimbursement when travel required.

Optional Insurance -AFLAC, Colonial Life and Washington National Cancer and Disablity Insurance. Payroll deductible - Employee contribution.

Flexible Spending - Allows employees to make pre-tax contributions toward the payment of medical expense and/or child care.
